In the US, card programmes are run with a licensed bank, and crypto businesses must register with FinCEN and hold state money-transmitter licences where required. Rules and offers can differ by state.
General information, not legal advice. A card being offered in a country doesn’t mean every resident will be approved.

Which crypto cards can I get in the United States?
According to the issuers’ own documents: Coinbase One Card, Crypto.com Card, Gemini Credit Card, Rizon Card, Coinbase Card, Fold Card, KAST Card, Lava Card, Ledger CL Card, Oobit, Payy Card, Tria Card. With restrictions: ether.fi Cash, Avici Card, Exa Card, Phantom Card, Tangem Pay, Tuyo Card, Uphold Debit Card, XPlace Card.
What does “Not verified” mean?
The issuer’s published documents don’t say whether the card can be issued there. It is not a yes: check with the issuer before applying.
Can an issuer still refuse me?
Yes. Availability lists describe where a card is offered; each issuer runs its own checks and can decline any applicant.
