If you live in Brazil and already keep crypto on Binance, it’s a low-cost way to spend it with cashback that doesn’t require holding BNB. Everyone else can’t apply: Binance doesn’t offer the card in the US, UK or EEA.
Score breakdown
How we read the terms: Brazil programme: no annual or issuance fee (stated in BRL, so zero in any currency); 1.5% cashback below 500 BRL monthly spend and 3% from 5,000 BRL. FX is not scored because Binance gives a 1–2% range.

Overview
Binance’s card page says the Binance Card is currently supported only in Brazil. Binance previously ran card programmes in the EEA and other regions; those have ended, and Binance’s help pages for them now say the article no longer exists.
The Brazil card is a Mastercard that spends from your Binance Funding or Spot account. Cashback depends on monthly spend: 1.5% below 500 BRL, 2% up to 5,000 BRL and 3% above that, capped at 500 BRL a month and paid in BRL. Paying with crypto costs 0.9%, and non-BRL purchases add a 1–2% FX fee plus IOF tax.
We haven’t run a hands-on test of this card; this review is based on the issuer’s published documents linked on this page.
