Good for EEA and UK holders who want to spend without selling, and who understand the risks of a crypto-backed credit line. If you just want simple cashback, a debit card with base rewards is easier.

Overview
Nexo’s card switches between Debit Mode, which spends your balance, and Credit Mode, which draws on a credit line secured by your crypto.
Cashback of 0.5–2% in NEXO (or 0.1–0.5% in BTC) applies to Credit Mode purchases; the higher rates depend on your loyalty tier.
Credit Mode: borrow against your crypto as collateral via a Credit Line (from 1.9%/yr), with no fixed repayment schedule or credit checks. Earns 0.5-2% NEXO or 0.1-0.5% BTC cashback if balance is above $5,000. Debit Mode: spend stablecoins, crypto and FiatX (EURx/USDx/GBPx) directly. The balance converts at point of sale and unspent funds earn daily interest. Switch modes with one tap.source
