Overview
Payy Card is a Visa Platinum secured credit card issued by Third National, with Zeplo, Inc. (Payy) running the programme. Spending is limited to your Payy Wallet balance and there’s no credit check.
Each purchase triggers a Payy Network transaction that uses zero-knowledge proofs, so your card activity can’t be linked to your onchain balance. The virtual card is issued after identity verification.
We haven’t run a hands-on test of this card; this review is based on the issuer’s published documents linked on this page.
